SAWMILL VILLAGE

Sawmill Village is a 44-unit, single-family home development.  The project was recently started and is sited on an old Foundry and includes a stream crossing, the widening of Route 106, and the installation of a traffic signal. Permitting was relatively complex and was conducted pursuant to a re-zoning of the property by the Town.  The development will be highly energy efficient and fully electric including the design and installation of 44 geothermal wells for heat and air conditioning
