21 EAST

21East is a Transit-Oriented Development and a Brownfields project in downtown North Attleboro at the old Balfour jewelry site. The job scope included full demolition of existing manufacturing buildings, extensive site work, and geotechnical soil improvements via helical drilling.  The project included 193 apartment units contained within two 6-story and one 5-story building in podium style construction. The 1st floors were designed as commercial rentals and a covered parking garage.  The project was completed in 2021.
